Message	for years. I think it has more to do with the condition of the hose underneath the clamps than the clamps themselves. P.S. Re-read your key sentence. "Do NOT" applies to the phrases on both side of your conjunction "and." So you are telling us to NOT re-use old clamps AND to NOT tighten new ones. I had to read it a few times to figure it what you were saying. Later ;c)
